Yes, a site assessment is recommended for work at height, restricted access and multi-elevation projects so the access method, work zone and scope can be priced accurately.
What information helps you prepare a quotation?
Share the property location, building type, approximate elevation or number of floors, affected areas, preferred timing and any available drawings or photographs.
Can work be scheduled around building operations?
Phasing, working hours and exclusion zones can be discussed during planning, subject to site rules, permits, weather and safe access.
How much does high-rise window cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on elevation area, access method, glass condition, site restrictions and frequency. A site assessment allows the team to prepare a scope-based quotation.
Do you supply the paint?
The quotation can include an agreed coating system or follow a consultant or manufacturer specification. Product, colour and number of coats are confirmed before work starts.
Does cleaning guarantee a specific energy increase?
No fixed output gain should be promised without performance data. Cleaning removes surface contamination; generation changes also depend on weather, shading, system condition and design.
Is pressure washing safe for every façade?
No. Pressure, distance and chemistry must suit the material and joints. Some cladding and painted surfaces require low-pressure or manual methods.
Is every small room a confined space?
No. Classification depends on enclosure, access and foreseeable hazards. The site owner and competent team should assess the space before work is priced as a confined-space entry.
Do you repair roof leaks?
Minor remedial work can be scoped after inspection. Leak diagnosis may require controlled testing and is quoted separately from routine gutter cleaning.
Can illuminated signs be cleaned while switched on?
Electrical and manufacturer requirements must be reviewed. Isolation may be required before wet cleaning around lighting or wiring.
Can you guarantee every leak will stop?
A warranty should only cover the specified product and treated area under stated conditions. Water can travel from sources outside the visible symptom, so diagnosis and scope boundaries matter.
What mesh size is required?
Mesh selection depends on the target bird species and the opening being protected. The survey should identify likely access points before material is ordered.
Is silicone replacement the same as waterproofing?
It is one form of joint remediation. If water originates from cracks, roof interfaces or concealed defects, additional investigation may be needed.
