Commercial external maintenance

Façade Cleaning

Every façade weathers differently. Glass, aluminium panels, painted render, stone and concrete each need a compatible cleaning method. We begin with material identification and a test area so the proposed process addresses contamination without assuming one chemical or pressure level suits every surface.

Questions answered

Façade Cleaning FAQ

Is pressure washing safe for every façade?

No. Pressure, distance and chemistry must suit the material and joints. Some cladding and painted surfaces require low-pressure or manual methods.

Can all stains be removed?

Not always. Etching, coating failure, corrosion and deep mineral staining may be permanent or require restoration. A test area helps set realistic expectations.

Will you protect entrances and public areas?

Work zones, signage, barriers and scheduling are planned according to the exposure below each elevation.
